Pre-trip information & Accommodations
Please pay via direct deposit, including the deposit. Upon fund confirmation, you’ll receive a receipt and an updated itinerary invoice. Accommodations are 3–5-star quality, chosen for suitability. The best available options used in villages. Many places offer private amenities, pools, and restaurants. Inclusions:

- All meals not specified in the itineraries
- Items of a personal nature
- Tips and gratuities
- Optional activities not previously reserved with prior payment
Booking Information & Conditions
To secure a reservation, a US$500 deposit per person is needed. Balances are due 60 days before arrival in Tanzania. Travelers receive pre-trip details and on-demand advice via email. If a specific accommodation is unavailable, a similar or higher standard option will be provided.
Late Sign Up
If you book with Leverock Tours and Safaris upon arrival in Tanzania, we’ll try to fulfill your requests. However, late bookings may face challenges in securing accommodation, transport, and safari guides without prior notice.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your trip
To cancel your trip, a written request signed by the person on the booking form is required. Due to potential costs incurred, we retain the deposit. Cancellation charges apply: 90 or more days before departure – deposit, 89-50 days before – 50%, 49 days or less – 100%. We recommend suitable insurance to cover potential losses.
If we cancel your trip
If we have to cancel your trip due to uncontrollable circumstances, you can opt for a full refund or an alternative trip. The company is not responsible for any costs beyond the trip payment.
